My UX Journey
Pushpa Pocham is a User Experience professional with over 15 years of IT Industry experience. Pushpa holds a Masters degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Science. She is also a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) from Human Factors International.
Pushpa’s expertise spans across UX Strategy, Architecture, Design, Design Thinking and in Usability Engineering methodologies. She has managed large User Experience projects for an array of international clients from industries such as Insurance, Telecommunications, Retail, Banking and financial services, Healthcare and Publishing etc. She was actively involved in providing solutions to the platforms such as Websites, Web applications and Mobile App.
Pushpa has led a team 12 – 16 of UX, Visual Design and HTML developers. She has been acting as a single point of contact and led the overall project from initiation to final delivery.
She is also an active member in business development and contributes towards RFP proposals, creating Proof of Concepts and driving client presentations. She has worked with diverse clients like StateFarm Insurance, At&t, Homedepot, First Data Product Innovation, Sun Chemical, Elsevier (Mosby Nursing Consult, Med alternatives, CPMN Integration) Novartis, Global Health Grid, Delta and EY and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt etc.
